anyone have love advice? im stuck.?

well me&this guy(lets call him"bob") have been best friends for about 3 months now.&&i just broke up with my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago since he moved&&"bob"happend to just break up with his girlfriend a week ago.&&soive liked"bob"for a while now.&&i just found out he likes me back. alot. but heres the twist. one of my bestfriends which is also"bobs"bestfriend/ex is madly in love with him&&"bob"knows about it. but only wants to be friends with her. shes tried getting over"bob"but no luck.&&"bobs"best guy friend is also madly in love with me.&&i just like him as a friend. we are so stuck. we decided to wait for now.so maybe our bestfriends can move on? and secretly like each other without others knowing. he is one of the sweetest guys ever. but none of our friends know about this..&&we cant tell them yet. but im not sure how its going to work. any advice?

if i was in that spot i would say screw it and go out with the one i love, if the two are really friends of yours and"bobs"then they will understand that the two of you only like them as friends and nothing more and that the two of you are in love with each other, if two ppl love each other then they shouldnt let anyone hold them back from being with each other
