What is a romantic way to propose to the lady you love??? HELP?

I have been dating this girl for 1 year 4 months 6 days, I want to propose, but I can not think of a romantic way to do it...Please, just throw ideas at me, i want to make this the single greatest night of both our lives...(until the honeymoon ofcourse =P)
