So, think you can give me a little bit of love advice?

Hey there! Thanks for coming to my question lol, I really need some help.Okay so I have this friend, actually he's my BEST friend in the entire world. I love this boy, he's always been there for me and I've always been there for him. He's just awesome.Well recently, the past few months actually, I've been liking him in a different way ( If you get my drift. ) and I'm not sure if I should tell him. Half my friends say I should and half say I shouldn't, so I'm stuck.I'm terrified of losing him, he's the best friend I've ever had. And if I tell him how I feel and he doesn't feel the same then that basically fucks the friendship over right there.On the other hand, I would be so much better than any girlfriend he's ever had. I'd treat him better and just all around be better for him than the other twats he's been with, because I know him and what he's like ect...
