why is it hard to love someone (questions for 18 and up)?

please help me.Well this is what's going on, my fiance that I have been with for the last 4 years is not sexually active. Its been a month that he has not wanna have sex. This is a problem for me because he said that this is what I always ask for.I mean other guys would say yes when a girl ask do you wanna have sex?i mean what is going on?I do not know what to do. please help me
