From observing my 13 yr old sister, i think at this stage kids start to developer a love for music especially the fast up beat ones. I guess shes developing and finding her interests but you should monitor the songs she listens to.

Grillz refers to a person's teeth, they usually have something else on their teeth like braces or silver/gold teeth. in the case of this song (i think it's this song, may be different, i can't remember) it's referring to Nelly's shiny silver-toothed smile! hope that makes sense.
