It sums it up very well, for the whole story is about love overcoming hate.....

It depends. In the end both Romeo and Juliet die because of their love so it's a very significant part of the play but there is a lot of hate in it as well however almost all interactions by characters in a a play can be described in terms of Love (if there wasn't love SOMEWHERE in the scene they would just leave and not interact) so you can make the argument that the quote is accurate.

It depends on how you view the play. I view the play as a story of love (or something similar) being born out of hate.

Tis more to do... is actually too vague to define the play. There is SO much to this show, and using such a general statement is risky in talking about it.
