What is the most romantic love story ever?

What about the story made it so perfect and love-storyish? I'm trying to write a really good one that is not a cliché, and maybe your ideas will spark some for me.

I definitely agree that the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer is the best!The thing about BElla and Edward is that they are so connected and just perfect together. And they would do ANYTHING for each other.

Well it has to be Romeo and Juliet. Purity and passion, it shows romance at it's best, It has it all, including tragedy, with two very young people, their first and final love affair.That's why it was the basis of one of the most successful musicals ever. West Side Story.
