I NEED MALE ADVICE: Deep, intense eye contact from a guy means....?

this guy would make this intense eye contact with me. it's kind of hard to explain. it was very magnetic...and almost hypnotic like I just didn't want to look away from his eyes.he did this for a year. we've never even spoken to each other. he would always do it in the hallways at school whenever he saw me...even when he didn't think I was paying him any attention. he's not creepy. he's got a lot of friends and he's really involved.this all started 8th grade when we saw each other first time. I was with my friends, he was with his. I turned around and he was staring at me with that deep, intense look. that was the first time. we did that for like two hours but never spoke to eachother. next time he saw me was a year later for freshman year of high school. he would stare at me in the hallways and when I looked back he would turn away like I wasn't even there (lol, that's funny to me). I know this doesn't sound realisitic, but I had my friend mention my name in front of him and his head popped up. anyway, he did that for freshman year. sophmore year the once in a while, crazy, intense, eye contact. it's been three years since all this started. I have the take it or leave it attitude. a boyfriend is not my focus.Anyway, just wondering if you GUYS have any clue what this means?Why he did that for so long? I don't know if he liked me or if he is just a player. What do you think?

I'm not a guy but if he really liked you he would have made a move by now and not just stared at you for 3 years. Also, just because he stares at you that doesn't make him a player at all.
