i am addicted to porn and masturbation wat can i do to drastically cutback........ cuz sumtimes mi friendz brag and say they barely ever maturbate and say its gay to do it all the time and i jus stay quiet. mi addiction to porn caused me 2 look gay over mi friend house.. there was s porno in his ps3 and i didnt want to get a boner so i had to look away bcause when i get a boner they always show through mi pants...help me pleazei appreciate it. this is why i like yahoo answers where young peeps get advice from their generation aswell as other ones

You are probably serious. You can stop. Just be busy and keep your mind busy. You have other things to do that are more productive. Study more, play the guitar, pick up some other hobby. You are stronger than any addiction you could come across. You have the power over your addiction. Not the other way around. A little bit of masturbation is healthy. Keeps the prostate in good shape. You are better than your addiction.

Its normal for boys to watch porn and masturbate.If it really makes you gay i wont have been a gay years ago...Your friends said they rarely masturbate but who knows maybe they do it everyday?so just turn a deaf ear to your friends comment
