Default Question for men regarding female doctors?

There's a female physician I know who is a naturally attractive woman, and very personable. She is professional, a general practitioner who loves her job. Many of her patients - male and female - end up very attached to her and it drives her nuts. This doctor does not put effort into her appearance, and she is very professional, and cannot understand why her patients become so smitten. So there are a few questions here which invite answers:1) Have you ever become gaga over your health care provider?2) Do you feel the doctor has the right to refuse treatment to a patient who is overly attached?3) Would you be okay if a doctor released you from her practise because she felt a'personality clash?'(That seems to be a more pleasant way of phrasing it.)4) Any other pertinent advice you have to offer?Seriously replies only, please.

1. Yes2.Yes3.No4. Just do your job like you were trained to, collect your fees, buy your beautiful house, travel to distant places on your vacation, and be nice to the old folks.

Like any service provider, she (or he) has the right to refuse service to anyone. And why not, would you want someone you're doing something for to be constantly hitting on you?

They become attracted because they are underachievers who admire her accomplishments. They want to bask in her light.1. No, but I have seen the odd one on tv for whom I could feel much attraction.2. Yes, and she should state why.3. I would sue her unless she had warned me clearly at least once.4. She should look as beautiful as possible but never wear perfume or paint her nails. Her professionalism should shine through. Finally she should always keep in mind the therapeutic value of a good blo* job.

if patient is over eact that mean he is not seriously ill. The doctor has the right to reject him.

I think a professional practioner should be able to handle it in a business-like way. After all, it's not that long ago that several men would have felt uncomfortable having a female GP. So, it's good those times have changed. She could recommend that a patient who is in danger of becoming a problem be seen by another doctor within the group or practice, but really she is a doctor first and foremost and she needs to encourage her patients - both male and female - to see her in that light too.
