Default Relationship Advice - Please!!!?

I am in a new relationship (2 months) and need some advice on how to handle my ex-husband. Let me explain...I was married for 17 years and my husband left me for another woman. We have been divorced for 2 years now and I have recently met a man that I am seeing exclusively for 2 months. My ex-husband found out that I am dating and is making life miserable for me. He calls and leaves nasty or sad messages on my voicemail or he will show up at my home unannounced (especially when my friend is there)&starts talking about the past. I've told him on several occassions that it is over and I am ready to move on with my life but he's not willing to accept it. Any suggestions on how to make him understand that we are truly over before his actions cause the new man in my life to run for the hills?

You can file a restraining order against him.

Get a restraining order, if you are serious because he has no right to keep harassing you.
