i need badly need advice.....

hello everyone.
I recently got in touch with my long lost male friend married ( we were 14 yrs old last time we met) after 10 years or so.. There was nothing between us and we were good friends..

Recently in one of his messages ( a social network), he told me i cite: "" ..........Last time we saw each other i had a huge crush for you and i can't believe that we are talking after such a long time.....If you are planning to visit sweden we can catch up...''

I don't know what to reply and how to reply... Honestly i deep down i'm happy to hear he had a crush on me at that time but i cannot speculate on this as he's married.

Can you give me an example i could use to reply to this? Thanks coz i'm short of words...
