New Relationship Question? Girls only?

Ok I know this is sorta odd... I'm gonna try to explain this the best I can. I met this girl, right? She has known my parents for almost a year now? I NEVER knew she had the hots for me.... I was in a relationship(with another girl) that ended about 2 weeks ago, and she tried so hard to get with me. However, 2 weeks ago, I was in love with a girl for almost 4 years. It ended hard. And Well, Heather, thats her name the new girl, she got together with me, and we hit it off really great! I asked her out, and she accepted over dinner all on the same night. I mean everything was fine, I started to really connect with this girl... a lot. made me forget about my past relationship quickly. Well We dated for 5 days. She JUST text me saying...."Please just give me time right now to get some things cleared up. And be my Friend?"Ladies, I really felt something special from this girl... and she told me that too.... I mean.... really special!! What should I do? what does this mean??Nothing went wrong, I showed some emotion to my previous relationship, and she got scared I about it.... but I swore to her, that it was dying away.... and being with her made it so much better..... I really want to give this girl a chance.... but how does she feel?5 days perfect..... except this one night?This is a Repost.

hey dude, its perfectly fine right now theres no reason to panic. i think she might be going through a hard time right now or something major has happened in her life and she needs some time to get over something. you know your probably on her mind and you need to be her man and wait. Good Luck
