My boyfriend's penis is a bit on a small side. When we first started having sex, he was having problems with keeping a hard erection. The only position that really works for us is the Tiger position - which is basically missionary except the girl's legs are over the guy's shoulders. We also do doggy sometimes.

Well, off the top of my head, you can try doggy at the edge of the bed, with you bending over it and him standing. There's also the spoons position, which is exactly like normal spooning, only you have sex while you do it.

How small is it? Maybe you have a big butt so full penetration is harder to achieve (no offense).
There's a good position where the woman is somewhat on her side with the guy kneeling. She has one leg straight, and one over his neck. His legs are straddling the straight leg.

I would suggest him lie down and you have your back to his head and sit on him. Kinda reverse girl on top. Another one is have him sit on a chair and you get on top of him. There are books at the bookstore or on line that give 101 sexual positions.
Have him get the male enhancement drug that they advertise on TV. Then you won't have these problems.
