okay. my boyfriend and i are starting to spice things up in the bedroom - experimenting with kinky sex.

Yes, take any tops off him that might dislodge his blindfold.

If you're going to blindfold him make sure it's very effective and he can't see a thing. Then tie his hands so he can't take off the blindfold himself, tell him he'll have to wear it for a very long time.

It depends how kinky you want to get. In addition to the blindfold, put on some ear phones and play some music so he can't hear or see what you are doing. He won't know if you are taking pictures, videos or giving some friends a walking tour of your bedroom or if you are even in the room.
You could also have a good friend record her voice saying some sexy things and after you have him tied up and blindfolded him go and open the front door like you invited someone over, making sure to slam the front door so he hears it, have a "conversation" with the recording just outside the open bedroom door. Tell the recording that you are going to the basement or the store for some more lube or something slam the door again and while not saying anything touch his body and have fun with that. Just before or as he "pops" take the blindfold off.
One of my favorite ideas assumes that you have really good friends like we do. Either change the decor of your room or go to a hotel and put some masks on and get naughty while taping yourselves.
