How do you correctly position yourself when trying to have sex in the missionary position?

last night me and my girlfriend tried sex for the first time and commonly yes it was rubbish like most first times. me being on top felt really awkward and I always felt that I was positioned wrong. I tried it with my legs on top of her, my legs in between hers and I just wasn't sure which was right. I also felt very uncomfortable on top, i felt as if i had to support myself up with my arms. They felt how they feel after I do push ups or lift weights. Would it be easier if our first time was with her on the top? We both are virgins.

Of course it will feel like you have been doing push ups. Your abdominal muscles may also feel like you've been dong sit ups.

That's why she should be making you a sandwich after wards to regain your strength.

If you're ready to be having sex then you should be able to talk to your girlfriend. You should be discussing this with her, not us. Only she can discuss this with you properly, to get a good result for you both.

Lil. you dint really have to be in a push up position. sex doesn't need thinking beforehand, things happen naturally. i dint blame you since its your first. Just relax, you can lay on top of her, dint overstress your muscles, just make sure if you re a bit heavy you dint crush her beneath you, i dint know what to tell you but maybe you need to watch a bit of porn if your over 17, you can see different styles.
but most important thing is dint think too much about how you should lay or position yourself, just go with the flow and enjoy yourself!

As you'll learn as you get more experience, virtually any position you can possibly get into can work with sex. The easiest, "beginning" position is her with her legs spread wide and you on top. Her legs spread wide is good because then you can get your penis all the way in so that your "hunch bones" are touching. It is a nice intimate feeling. Remember you don't have to be stroking all the time, stick it in all the way and look her in the eyes with your eyes inches apart and talk to her, tell her you love her, ask her if it feels nice, don't take this f^King thing too seriously, be cheerful about it. It is after all the best thing going.

You can rest your weight on your elbows rather than on your hands, then you don't get the "push-up feeling." I add that honestly my favorite position is with her legs together and mine spread around hers. You start with hers spread a bit to get access, once it's nicely inside her, she puts her legs together. It has a feel of closeness to me that is very nice.

Be absolutely certain you do something for birth control. I just answered a question about a fifteen year old girl who is afraid she's pregnant. They are on here all the time. It takes the wonderful miracle of birth and makes it frightening and sometimes terrible. Other than that, happy f^King my young friend.

BTW it doesn't have to be rubbish. Talk with her about it so the two of you together are working on it.. If you know each other well enough to f^ck, you know each other well enough to talk about how to do it so you both like it.
