sex the first time doesn't always haft hurt.. most females associate sex with hurting first time because of a membrane at opening of vagina breaking .. called the hymen or maidenhead. if this breaks before hand sex the first time will be more pleasant. a good way to do this is to well finger yourself or have partner do so before intercourse. also lubrication is a must so use if using a condom use a lubricated one or k-y jelly they make one that enhances a females pleasure so again easier entry. and relax .. make sure I've have a light supper or light meal and make sure u are calm and not nervous.. the bodies reaction to nervousness is often the tightening of the body muscles which the vagina is.
